They have fantastic benefits and offer candidates an excellent long-term career opportunity Job Description The Senior Manager - Business Intelligence, Data & Analytics responsibilities will include: Spearheading the data strategy for the entire organization, including data governance, data architecture and analytics adoption, enablement and execution. Manage both an in-house team along with managing external partners and vendor relationships Collaborate with stakeholders of all levels to identify the reporting needs for specific departments (Finance, IT, Operations, Commercial) and integrate data into core business processes Ensure the optimization of multiple data platforms (Snowflake, Power BI, Azure Synapse) Maintan and develop ETL processes, data models and data pipelines Lead enterprise data governance and master data management Ensure Data quality, integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPPA, GDPR) Ensure scalable, secure integration across cloud and on-premise systems MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant The Senior Manager - Business Intelligence, Data & Analytics will have the following experience: Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in data science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 10+ years of experience in data and analytics roles 5+ years people management and leadership experience. Preferably both in-house and external resources Modern data platform experience - Azure, AWS, Snowflake BI Tools (Tableau, Power BI) Proven experience with data governance, master data management, and data privacy regulations.
