They're now looking for a Staff Frontend Engineer to own the web experience across both desktop and mobile, bringing clarity, speed, and delight to complex medical data and clinician workflows. What You'll Be Doing Taking the lead on frontend architecture across the stack React, TypeScript, Next.js Shipping polished, end-to-end features from pixel-perfect UI to backend wiring with Node and GraphQL Translating dense lab reports and clinical tools into simple, intuitive user experiences Establishing reusable components, UI standards, and a front-end testing culture Helping set the tone for speed, quality, and engineering culture in a small, focused team What You Bring 4-10 years in product-focused engineering roles, with 3+ years deep in React. A strong design sense and comfortable taking Figma to production with excellent motion and UX instincts Willingness to dive deeper in the stack when needed (think Postgres, Prisma, AWS) Bias toward action.
