This role blends administrative precision with warehouse coordination. At QCD, where you start is just the beginning.In This Role, You'll:* Enter customer orders and shipment info with speed and accuracy using warehouse systems* Manage key documents like load plans, bills of lading, driver logs, and product complaints* Track supplier credits, purchase orders, and inventory variances in coordination with other teams* Print and distribute picking and shipping forms to keep workflows moving* Conduct or support cycle counts and slot audits to maintain inventory integrity* Help resolve issues with product counts, orders, or documentation across departmentsWhat You'll Bring:* High school diploma or equivalent* 1-2 years in operations, admin support, or order processing (warehouse setting a plus)* Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry under time constraints* Working knowledge of Excel and Word; experience with JDE, JDA, or Power BI is a plus* Ability to stay organized across shifting priorities and multiple systems* Clear communication skills and willingness to collaborate cross-functionallyThe Schedule & Setting:* Full-time, on-site in a temperature-controlled warehouse* Schedule: Wednesday-Saturday 10AM - 8PMPay & Benefits:* Starting pays $20.00/hour - 22.00/hour* Weekly pay (every Friday)* Health, dental, and vision coverage after just 30 days* 401(k), paid holidays, vacation, and more* Company-provided uniforms and work shoesWhy Join Us:We're not just in the business of distribution - we're in the business of development.
