PURPOSE : Our Houston showroom is for a talented and professional Design Consultant to generate sales and provide an exceptional experience to all customers consistent with the Cantoni brand. Our experienced design associates are trained retail professionals, many with design degrees, who are passionate about luxury home furnishings and collaborating with our clients to transform their living spaces. RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS : Client engagement and sales generation. Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Cantoni products. Ensure our clients experience service that is consistent with the brand promise and company's standards. Provide client support and resolution in all aspects of the customer experience. Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals. Prospect for new business on a regular basis utilizing company programs and tools. Help customers in a courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested manner. Expand the customer's connection to the Cantoni brand as well as expand the client's vision through additional items based on assessing customer needs. Impeccable customer service. Feel confident in your design and sales capabilities and feel-good taking ownership Requirements KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS : Required: Candidate must have demonstrated interior design experience by using design software A minimum of 3 years experience with creating interior design projects Demonstrated enthusiasm for design Demonstrated experience in high-end luxury home furnishings in a retail environment Professional leadership and motivational skills Strong sales experience, communication and computer skills
