Responsibilities: Assist Providers in implementing treatment plans for patients. Guide patients through exercises and therapies designed to improve mobility and function. Monitor patient progress. Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and continued care. Maintain accurate records of treatments and patient progress. Ensure a safe and positive environment for patient recovery. Qualifications: Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Valid PTA license in Florida Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Compassionate, patient-focused, and detail-oriented Qualities We Value: Consistent professional conduct with meticulous attention to detail.
