Cleveland - Regional Director of Retail OperationsGoodwill of Greater Cleveland and East Central Ohio is seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Director to lead our Northeast territory in Cleveland, Ohio. This role is responsible for overseeing multiple retail store locations and driving performance in customer service, employee engagement, sales growth, and operational excellence.Job Summary:The Regional Director is accountable for the overall success of assigned stores. This position provides leadership to store management teams, ensures compliance with policies and safety standards, and leads performance efforts to meet organizational goals.
