As a Technician in Facility Services, Power Washing Exterior Services, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our retail locations. This position requires a hands-on approach, operating and maintaining pressure washing equipment to clean various surfaces, including walls, sidewalks, roofs, parking lots, and more.Responsibilities:Operate and maintain corporate vehicles, pressure washers, pumps, hoses, nozzles, and other equipmentEvaluate areas to be cleaned and determine suitable pressure levels and temperature settingsRemove dirt, debris, trash, and other contaminants from surfaces while following safety proceduresRespond to work order requests and maintain accurate records, logs, and documentationConduct safety and preventative maintenance checks on equipmentPerform other facility-related maintenance duties as assignedRequirements:1-3 years of experience in the power washing/exterior maintenance industryValid, state-issued driver's licenseAbility to work alternative shifts, including overnight and weekendsExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamHigh school diploma or equivalent is requiredRelevant certifications in power washing or facility maintenance are preferred, but not requiredAt Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
