Job Description


A large client (global leader in providing sustainable water solutions to homes, businesses, and industries) of Insight Global is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join their growing team in the Raleigh, NC area. The Mechanical Engineer with be responsible for designing, developing, and testing mechanical components and systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability

Responsibilities:

• New product development and product enhancement.

• Work with a cross-functional team to design and implement those ideas using CAD models, drawings, product cost estimates, material and product standards, bill of materials, prototyping, and testing of products.

• Support production operations as required through design for manufacturing.

• Meet with vendors when needed to review all related product issues, materials, and costs.


Compensation:

$40/hr to $59/hr.


Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.


Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
