Senior Product ManagerCopay is currently looking to hire a Senior Product Manager that will own strategy and execution for key products in Copay's trucking payments and fuel card portfolio, spanning both modern digital experiences and mission-critical legacy platforms. This role will sit on the North American Trucking product team, partnering closely with engineering, operations, sales, and credit/risk to ship high-impact capabilities that drive adoption, revenue, and customer satisfaction.As a Senior Product Manager, Copay will set you up for success by providing:Assigned workspace in Buckhead officeCompany-issued equipmentFormal, hands-on trainingThe responsibilities of the role will include:Defining and owning the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned trucking payments and fuel card products, aligned with division and company goals.Leading discovery with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders to identify problems, validate opportunities, and translate insights into clear product requirements.Managing and prioritizing a cross-system backlog that spans modern platforms (APIs, microservices, mobile and web apps) and legacy web and mainframe systems, ensuring coherent end-to-end experiences.Writing high-quality epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria; partner with Product Owners to ensure requirements are execution-ready for engineering.Leading Agile ceremonies with development teams, driving clarity on scope, trade-offs, and delivery timelines while maintaining a strong focus on outcomes over outputs.Collaborating with design and UX to create intuitive experiences for carriers, drivers, and back-office users across web, mobile, and internal tools.Partnering with operations, customer service, sales, and marketing to ensure successful launches, change management, and internal readiness.Defining monitoring, and communicating product KPIs (adoption, revenue, margin, operational efficiency, risk metrics) and use data to iterate and optimize.Staying current on trucking, payments, and card industry trends, and use that knowledge to identify new product opportunities and defend competitive position.Qualifications & Skills:710 years of product management or closely related product experience, including meaningful ownership of B2B or fintech products.Experience in payments, card issuing, fintech, or fleet/trucking solutions strongly preferred.Strong technical aptitude; comfortable discussing system design, integrations, data flows, and API behavior with engineers, and translating technical trade-offs for non-technical stakeholders.Proven track record of defining product strategy, building roadmaps, and delivering features that move measurable business and customer outcomes.Deep experience working in Agile environments and partnering with Product Owners, engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver complex initiatives.Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across levels and functions.Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.Demonstrated ability to manage products that depend on both modern architectures (cloud, APIs, microservices, mobile) and legacy platforms (web and mainframe), including navigating constraints and sequencing modernization.Benefits & Perks:Medical, Dental & Vision benefits available the 1 month after hireAutomatic enrollment into our 401k plan (subject to eligibility requirements)Virtual fitness classes offered company-wideRobust PTO offerings including major holidays, vacation, sick, personal, & volunteer timeEmployee discounts with major providers (i.e. wireless, gym, car rental, etc.)Philanthropic support with both local and national organizationsFun culture with company-wide contests and prizesOur Company & Purpose:CORPAY is a global leader in business payments, laser focused on developing smarter ways for businesses to pay their expenses.
