Axcess Catering & Events, one of the top catering companies in Dallas/Ft Worth, is growing again We are currently seeking an administrative assistant with at least 2 years of comparable experience.This includes answering telephones, completing all correspondence and maintaining administrative organization.The schedule for this position is primarily Monday to Friday with rare Saturday coverage required.Specific Job Prerequisites:Must be pleasant in dealing with guests and fellow team membersMust be physically capable of performing basic dutiesMust be knowledgeable of our menuMust be detail oriented, extremely organized, and have a strong ability to multi-taskMust be able to physically drive a vehicleSkills & Requirements:· Two years of prior secretarial experience; catering administrative experience:Two years of experience in a Restaurant/Retail/Hospitality Customer Service positionAbility to provide friendly, efficient, and courteous service to employees & customers· Answer all incoming calls promptly and in a professional mannerMust be able to handle high call volumeKnowledge with QuickBooks is a plusPay is based on experience.
