THE OPPORTUNITY We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to support the operations our game development studios and subsidiaries of KRAFTON Inc. RESPONSIBILITIES Experience in IT systems engineering and operations, with a focus on both on-premises and cloud environments Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Linux, and macOS administration supporting clients as well as tier 1 LAN/WAN support Supporting applications common to the gaming industry such as Unreal Engine, Perforce, Parsec, and VPN Onsite 5 days a week and will need to coordinate with Krafton Global Offices Procurement and Asset Management, manage the local IT department's software and hardware procurement including user technology purchase requests Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures Audio Visual support such as with projectors and conferencing equipment QUALIFICATIONS 1-3 years of experience working in an IT support related role BS in Computer Science, MIS or similar field preferred, certain technology certifications and/or adequate work experience can be used in place of a degree Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac Operating Systems and Application support Strong knowledge of networking principles and technologies (DNS, DHCP, VLANs, firewalls) Experience with Perforce and Unreal Engine in a game development environment Experience in incident management, change management, and device management (Jamf, Intune, MS SCCM) Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and teamwork skills Strong troubleshooting skills Detail-oriented Ability to work independently or in a team setting Ability to lift, pull and/or carry up to 50lbs PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Juniper and Palo Alto experience Microsoft or equivalent systems engineering certification Video gaming industry experience Reasonable Accommodation KRAFTON Americas is committed to the full inclusion of all qualified individuals.
