Position Description:

Marketing Administrator (entry level, part time - IN OFFICE)

(Training will be provided)

Flexible hours Monday through Friday from 8 AM - 5 PM. 40 hours per month in office.

Note: Must live in HUBZone -

To qualify, you must have a VALID NC driver‘s license or State ID and live in a qualified HUBZone. To determine if you live in a HUBZone, go to hubzone/map and enter your address. Position Requirements

The role involves handling essential marketing duties and daily administrative tasks such as:

  • Working with executives to develop the annual marketing budget as well as keeping the budget updated throughout the year
  • Registering employees for external marketing events
  • Managing company sponsored marketing events
  • Maintaining marketing calendar
  • Updating company marketing collateral and interfacing with company website administrator
  • Managing monthly marketing meetings
  • Ordering marketing materials and items

Requirements:

  • Applicants must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.
  • PowerPoint experience is a plus.
