Marketing Automation Specialist/ManagerWe're looking for a technically strong and strategically minded Marketing Automation Specialist/Manager to build, optimize, and scale automated campaigns across our digital ecosystem. In this role, you'll manage workflows, lead scoring, segmentation, and multi-channel automation to improve engagement, conversion, and overall campaign performance. If you have experience owning lifecycle automation, building complex journeys, and working hands-on inside automation platformsthis role is a great fit.ResponsibilitiesBuild and optimize automated workflows across email, SMS, onboarding, retargeting, and nurture campaigns.Own day-to-day management of marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Klaviyo, Braze, ActiveCampaign, etc.).Create segmentation strategies, lead scoring models, and dynamic content rules to improve targeting and personalization.Partner with marketing, product, and sales teams to align automation with campaign goals, user journeys, and lifecycle stages.Conduct A/B testing across subject lines, CTAs, segmentation, and send-time optimization.Monitor platform health, data cleanliness, integrations, and automation workflows to ensure accuracy.Track and report on automation performanceopen rates, CTRs, conversion, attribution, and lifecycle metrics.Troubleshoot automation issues, manage integrations, and collaborate with internal or external technical resources when needed.Maintain documentation for processes, workflows, and system configurations.Requirements36+ years of experience in marketing automation, lifecycle marketing, or CRM operations.Hands-on experience with at least one major automation platform (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Klaviyo, Braze, Eloqua, Iterable, Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar).Strong understanding of customer journeys, funnel management, scoring, and lifecycle strategy.Experience with segmentation, UTMs, tagging, and data-driven optimization.Ability to build and troubleshoot workflows, triggers, and complex automation logic.Familiarity with GA4, Looker Studio, or similar analytics platforms.Excellent communication and project management skills.Bonus: Experience with API integrations, HTML/CSS for email templates, or CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot CRM.Innovation starts with people.
