Project ManagerMy client is a design build general contractor averaging $450M+ in annual revenue with projects spread across multiple sectors (senior living, multifamily, government, hospitality, healthcare, education, etc.). They are looking to grow to about $650M in the next 5 years with growth plans implemented to achieve this. They are located in the Greater St. Louis area and have a solid backlog of work for 2025 and 2026. They pride themselves on developing their team and having long-tenured employees who enjoy coming into work every day. Due to their growth, they are looking to add more team members to their project management department.Job DescriptionOversee all aspects of project management, including planning, budgeting, and execution of construction projects. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality standards. Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain clear communication and alignment. Monitor project progress and proactively address any issues or delays. Manage contracts, permits, and compliance with relevant regulations. Lead project teams and foster a positive, productive work environment. Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement effective solutions. Partner with clients from preconstruction phase through closeout. Manage projects ranging from $2M - $60M+ in value. Assist estimating team with estimating and change orders. Assist Senior PM lead project meetings- bid proposals, update meetings, and closeouts. Delegate tasks and duties as needed to ensure project delivery and deadlines. Create budgets and schedules based on cost estimates and material overhead. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantA successful Project Manager should have:Bachelor's degree required (construction related degree is a plus).5+ years of experience with a general contractor.Prior experience working as a project manager.Prior experience handling projects $20M+ in value.Client-facing experience is a must.Software proficient (ex: procore).Excellent communication and leadership skills to build and maintain relationships with teams and clients.A detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in project planning and execution.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Familiarity with local construction laws and regulations in New York.What's on OfferCompetitive salary $100,000 to $130,000 dependent on experience.
