PHLEBOTOMIST FLOATER JOB DESCRIPTION
Pride Health is hiring PHLEBOTOMIST I to join our client’s healthcare team all over Avon CT This is a Contract Position with our client’s reputable healthcare organization.
JOB SUMMARY:
- Patient Services Representative Floater (PSR floater) represents the face of the company to patients who come in, both as part of their health routine or for insights into life-defining health decisions.
- The PSR floater draws quality blood samples from patients and prepares those specimens for lab testing while following established practices and procedures.
- PSR floater has direct contact with patients and creates an atmosphere of trust and confidence while explaining procedures to patients and drawing blood specimens in a skillful, safe, and accurate manner.
- PSR floater will demonstrate Leadership Behaviors while focusing on process excellence skills and sensitivity to confidentiality and accuracy of patient information.
REQUIREMENTS:

QUALIFICATIONS:
- school diploma or equivalent.
- 5 years of experience in Phlebotomy
DETAILS:
- Type: Contract
- Location: Avon CT
- Schedule: Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm
- range: 19$ to 23$
*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
