Financial Analyst Opportunity In Dallas, TexasWe are looking for a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will provide comprehensive financial insights to support efficient decision-making and operational effectiveness within the healthcare industry. You will play a key part in preparing budgets, forecasts, and detailed financial analyses to guide strategic initiatives and improve organizational performance.Responsibilities include:Conduct detailed financial analyses to assist administrators and department leaders in optimizing operational efficiency and cost management.Develop and manage operating and capital budgets for assigned departments and areas.Create 5-year financial forecasts, including projections for statistics, payer mix, payments, and capital expenditures.Evaluate potential capital acquisitions, new projects, or services, presenting findings and defending recommendations.Analyze budget versus actual revenue and expense variances using standard and customized reports.Prepare and deliver verbal or written reports on operational efficiency analyses to management and relevant stakeholders.Generate management reports as requested to support decision-making processes.Develop operating pro formas for proposed services, projects, or capital investments and ensure accuracy by collaborating with finance and clinical teams.Provide financial analysis and recommendations for lease versus buy decisions related to equipment acquisitions.Act as a liaison between assigned departments and finance teams to ensure alignment and accurate reporting.Requirements:Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting within a detail-oriented environment.Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data mining techniques.Expertise in conducting variance analysis and interpreting financial data.Ability to develop and present detailed reports and recommendations to stakeholders.Familiarity with healthcare operations and financial processes is highly desirable.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools.Commitment to ongoing development and staying informed on industry trends.
