*Role Highlights:*
* *Hours*: Flexible, 20+ hours per week, the client we are working with is top notch and it will be an amazing opportunity
* *Pay: *$40 - $50 an hour/DOE

* Develop and implement body mechanics and stretching programs.
* Conduct ergonomic assessments and provide personalized recommendations.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with client companies, serving as a trusted expert in workplace health.

*Ideal Candidate:*
* A candidate who is comfortable collaborating with the on-site medical team at the construction site.
* Someone eager to expand their skills and knowledge to support the on-site medical team's efforts.
* Proven experience in treating a range of musculoskeletal injuries and performing ergonomic assessments.
* Strong communication skills, independence, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Bring an orthopedic background to the table.

*Education Requirements:*
* Holds an active Missouri state license in Physical Therapy.
* Has accumulated 2+ years' of experience as a physical therapist.
