The CoFounder Club’s mission can be broken down into three primary goals:


1.) To build and invest in next-generation companies that deliver some of the most incredible products, platforms, services, experiences, and/or offerings the world has ever seen, ultimately generating unparalleled returns for our CoFounders.


2.) To completely revolutionize how companies are CoFounded, how their value-creation is shared, and how rewards and returns are dispersed.


3.) To make history by assembling the largest group of CoFounders to ever exist.

Our Corporate Structure (“Enabling anyone to become company CoFounder, Owner & Investor.”)

In order to achieve our goals, The CoFounder Club is adopting a “Mutual-Ownership” structure (very similar to Mutual Companies, as well as Vanguard and their ETFs), where each and every CoFounder owns a piece of our company and is entitled to receive a portion of our profits and value-creation, which will be directly proportional to each individual CoFounder’s ownership stake in the company (non-voting and non-control; purely economic upside). As such, we are on a mission to assemble the largest community of CoFounders the world has ever seen, not only increasing the power and reach of our network, but also increasing the amount of capital we have to create exponential value with; more capital means more companies, opportunities, and projects to build and/or invest in, ultimately leading to higher returns.


Our Operational Framework & Strategic Partnerships

As we always say, our network is our net-worth and relationships make the world go ‘round. No one individual, or team, or company can cover every inch of ground on their own. That is where our internal operational framework, external strategic partnerships, and platform really sets us apart. As of right now, The CoFounder Club has three distinct ways in which we plan on leveraging these two components to generate significant returns:


1.) The CoFounder Lab - where we incubate, accelerate, and scale companies from within our own internal growth engine (somewhat similar to Y Combinator).


2.) The CoFounder Fund - where we invest externally alongside strategic investment partners, such as Incubators & Accelerators, VC Firms, PE Firms, etc.


3.) The CoFounder Club Platform - where we bridge the gap between entrepreneurs/companies and the global talent, funding, and resources they need to be successful; also where CoFounder Coins come into play.


Your CoFounder & Chief of Investor Relations / Capital Formation Responsibilities

Help us aggressively scale The CoFounder Club by immediately owning and leading every single aspect of Investor Relations and Capital Formation, including, but not limited to:


  • Raising a minimum of $5M - $10M to accelerate our short-term growth objectives
  • Preparing to raise a much larger amount of capital ($100M - $1B+) to accelerate our long-term growth objectives
  • Preparing investment materials
  • Pitching and presenting to investors
  • Strategizing and preparing for a massive, publicly-regulated offering (whether that is an SEC-Regulated Initial Public Offering (IPO), a collection of Electronically Traded Funds (ETFs), or a collection of Electronically Traded Coins/Assets (ETCs/As)).
