Customer Service Operations RepresentativeCustomer Service is responsible for establishing, maintaining and enhancing customer business through contract administration, customer orders, and problem resolution.Job Summary: The Representative II, Customer Service Operations processes orders for distribution centers and other internal customers in accordance with scheduling, demand planning and inventory. The Representative II administers orders in internal systems and responds to customer questions, clearly communicating delays, issues and resolutions. This job also processes non-routine orders, such as product samples, and ensures that special requirements are included in an order.ResponsibilitiesOffer professional and timely service as a representative of Cardinal Health at-HomeSupport an inbound call queue, providing assistance in placing orders, searching products, processing returns, responding to order inquiries, providing delivery updates, and answering questionsProcess orders for distribution centers and internal customers in accordance to scheduling, demand planning and inventoryProvide problem resolution for order issues in a timely manner including delaysProcess non-routine orders such as product samples that have special requirementsMultitask in a fast paced environmentQualificationsHigh School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred2-4 years experience in Customer Service preferredPrior computer experience using Microsoft Office systemsTeam-oriented mindsetStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication skillsA passion for healthcareWhat is expected of you and others at this levelApplies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete standard tasks. Works on routine assignments that require basic problem resolution. Refers to policies and past practices for guidance.
