Description OUR PRACTICE Thrive Pet Healthcare Specialists Mansfield is staffed with emergency veterinarians and technicians 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including holidays. All emergency clinicians are well-versed in emergency procedures and surgery. We are able to perform emergency procedures and surgeries at any time of the day or night. We also provide medical oncology and radiation oncology, providing comprehensive cancer care under one roof.    At Thrive Pet Healthcare Specialists, Mansfield, we are dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care for you and your pets at any time of the day or night. Our goal is to work closely with your primary veterinarian to achieve fluent and seamless patient care, ensuring that we provide the outstanding treatment your pet deserves and your veterinarian recommends. We offer a full range of emergency services, including in-house bloodwork, digital X-ray, anesthesia, surgery, oxygen support, blood and plasma transfusion capabilities, digital radiology & ultrasound, and endoscopy.    OUR HOME  A suburban city in Texas, Mansfield is part of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex area.  There is always something to do in this area, whether it’s grabbing a bite to eat at a local restaurant, doing a little shopping, or having fun at one of the spectacular attractions.  When it comes to fun, you will find recreation and sports to music festivals, and holiday celebrations.  Mansfield is 10 minutes from the beautiful country and not far from the big cities and boasts breathtaking landscapes and quaint towns, and has something for everyone to enjoy.     RESPONSIBILITIES  Build relationships with colleagues, clients, and support staff to ensure a compassionate and collaborative work environment.  Motivated to foster a learning environment for colleagues, support staff, and veterinary students visiting the hospital.  Triage and facilitate treatment plans for emergency patients.  Continue care of specialty patients who are hospitalized overnight and on weekends.  Maintain complete and accurate medical records.  Provide clear and complete communication to clients and support staff.   Communicate with referral partners (verbally and with referral letters)  Attend morning rounds to collaborate with specialists on the currently hospitalized patients.  Maintain a positive and supportive work culture.  Support the hospital's Fear-Free culture and commitment.    You take great care of Animals.
