They will perform routine kitchen tasks and prepare workstations and ingredients so that food can be prepared according to recipes. This person will be quick, diligent, and willing to improve on the job. They will be able to follow instructions as well as health and safety rules in the kitchen. QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS -Proven experience as a prep cook-Knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen-Ability to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils -Team player with good communication skills-Ability to stay positive under pressure-ServSafe Certified within two weeks of employmentPREFERRED SKILLS -Critical thinking skills -Teamwork and leadership qualities-Communication skills
