Responsibilities: Perform monthly, quarterly and annual revenue close activities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting under U.S. GAAP. Review and reconcile contract assets, contract liabilities, receivables and related balances. Support audit requests with external auditors. Analyze customer contracts using the ASC 606 framework for revenue recognition. Ensure compliance with company policies, SOX controls and regulatory requirements. Maintain the highest documentation standards. Work closely with FP&A to provide inputs for revenue forecasts as needed. Generate regular and periodic reports and analyses to track key performance indicators related to new customer acquisitions, expansions, churn and contraction. Prepare detailed revenue packages for management, audit committee/Board as requested. Participate in special projects as and when they arise. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field of study; CPA is preferred. 5+ years of experience working in public and private accounting, Big 4 experience is preferred. Revenue recognition experience is preferred. Experience with high-growth companies, ideally in the Software as a Service (SaaS) and/or Platform as a Service (PaaS) industry. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work as part of a team. Ability to deliver results and meet expectations in a fast-paced environment. Intermediate knowledge of general accounting concepts and ASC 606. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A data-driven mindset with a proactive approach. NetSuite experience, a plus. Knowledge of SOX compliance protocols. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future company sponsorship.
