Communicate any maintenance work orders to maintenance and/or management.Know and follow property emergency procedures and ensure the security needs of the property and guests are met.Other duties as assigned.Preferred Qualifications:Prior housekeeping experience, preferably in hospitality.Effective oral communication skills.Proactive in solving problems.Physical Requirements:Perform tasks involving kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending and twisting for long periods of time.Ability to lift, push, pull up to 20lbs regularly, occasionally up to 50lbs.Equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants are provided without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, pregnancy, status as a parent, national origin, age, disability, political affiliation, military status, or other non-merit-based factors.
