Home InspectorThe Home Inspector is responsible for performing due diligence inspections on any properties acquired by House Buyers of America. Inspectors will also assist with construction and settlement tasks that need to be completed in the field.What you will do:Perform due diligence inspections and assess property conditions / specific repairs neededRun detailed reports and take pictures of propertiesAssist construction and settlement teams with asks that need to be completed in the fieldEnsure punch-out items are complete and take detailed photos of the construction processInspect homes on a daily basis to ensure progress is being madeInstall/remove lockboxes and other marketing materialDeliver any necessary equipment to housesAbout You:You have a Bachelor's Degree or higherYou have great communication skills and computer skillsPrefer a Licensed Home Inspector in MD, DC or VA, but not a firm requirement.Why we are a great place to work:Our company is FULLY REMOTEOur awesome company culture includes: competitive pay great benefits, great people, casual dress, team events, work hard/ play hard environmentYear to Date we're up 81% on Acquisitions and 37% up on DispositionsWe're continuing our nationwide expansion.
