We are currently seeking a dynamic and proactive Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the on-site Senior Superintendent to oversee our ground-up new development project from inception to completion. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive exposure to the entire construction life cycle within a fast-paced environment.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Senior Superintendent to plan and execute project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Assist in coordinating all aspects of the construction process, including scheduling, subcontractor management, material procurement, and quality control.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, ensure compliance with safety standards, and address any issues promptly.
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams, external stakeholders, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met efficiently.
  • Prepare and present progress reports, budget updates, and risk assessments to senior management as required.
  • Proactively identify potential challenges or obstacles and propose effective solutions to mitigate risks and ensure project success.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that promotes teamwork, innovation, and excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of Construction Project Management experience
  • Real Estate or Construction industry experience (required)
  • Office-based in Great Neck, NY
  • US work authorization
  • Chinese speaking (preferred)
