At Allied Universal, we value agility, reliability, innovation, and teamworkso you can thrive in a people-first environment where integrity is at the core of everything we do.Position Type: Full TimePay Rate: $27.00 / HourJob Schedule:Day Time Fri 06:00 AM - 06:00 PMSat 06:00 AM - 06:00 PMSun 06:00 AM - 06:00 PMWhy Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.What You'll Do:Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, responding to incidents and emergencies as needed.Carry and responsibly handle a firearm in accordance with company and site protocols.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting actions and communicating with appropriate personnel.Conduct regular and random patrols both inside the facility and around the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.Monitor access points and verify credentials of individuals entering restricted areas within the chemical or petrochemical location.Interact with visitors, employees, and contractors in a professional manner while maintaining awareness of surroundings.Assist with emergency response activities, including evacuations and/or lockdowns, as required by site procedures.Complete detailed and accurate reports regarding incidents, observations, and daily activities for review by Allied Universal and client management.Minimum Requirements:Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.Have at least one year of experience in armed security, law enforcement, and/or military roles.Level III armed certification is required for positions in Texas.A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Participate in industry-specific security-related training programs.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Allied Universal is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
