This position requires a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and may involve travel as needed. You will utilize advanced security strategies, route planning, and risk mitigation techniques to deliver exceptional operational support.Key responsibilities include:Route Planning: Utilize advanced route planning tactics, real-time traffic data, and other sources to ensure safe and efficient travel routes for high-level events and meetings.Fleet Management: Support the Global Security Team in developing and implementing initiatives for vehicle fleet management, ensuring operational readiness and efficiency.Confidentiality: Maintain a high level of discretion regarding VIP activities and conversations.Security Assessments: Assist in conducting thorough security assessments for event venues and surrounding areas to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.Security Protocols: Implement security plans and protocols to ensure the safety of attendees during events.Collaboration: Work closely with event organizers, law enforcement, and other security personnel to manage security operations effectively.Incident Response: Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms.Executive Support: Provide security and operational support for executives and clients during events, including risk mitigation and crisis response.Visible Presence: Maintain a visible security presence to deter potential threats.Post-Event Reporting: Prepare post-event security reports and provide recommendations for future improvements.The ideal candidate will have:Risk Assessment and Business Acumen: The ability to identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential threats and vulnerabilities, and to develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
