Job summary:

Insight Global is seeking multiple Healthcare Services Pharmacists for a large retail pharmacy and healthcare company in Minnesota and Wisconsin. The ideal candidate for this role is a pharmacist who is passionate about making an impact on the company and make a difference in the industry. This role is will not include filling prescriptions, but all other clinical services that the pharmacy provides to their customers and patients. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Providing a strong customer service experience and clinical services to patients.
  • Greet patients and offer assistance with products and services that the Pharmacy provides.
  • Ensure patients are aware of the healthcare services provided including patient consultation, medication management or drug therapy reviews.
  • Provide clinical or wellness services such as immunizations, diagnostic testing and patient outcome services.
  • Practice strong time management and organizational skills to ensure days are scheduled around immunization appointments and daily walk-ins while managing other responsibilities.
  • Adhere to productivity standards surrounding immunizations (3-8 per hour) and triage phone calls.

Schedule:

  • M-F
  • 40 hours per week
  • Start times can be flexible as long as an 8-hour shift is worked

Must haves:

  • BS of Pharmacy Doctor or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
  • Current Pharmacist license within the state
  • 0-1+ year of experience as a Pharmacist (open to new grads and retired pharmacists looking to step back into the workforce)
  • Certified APHA immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire
  • Patient oriented, passionate about customer service, and a desire to have a positive impact on the industry
