Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct safety training and write site-specific procedures.
  • Perform audits and recommend corrective actions.
  • Inspect workplace environments for safety and compliance.
  • Assist in accident investigations and develop preventive measures.
  • Produce QC/Safety reports and ensure program accessibility.
  • Maintain and enhance product quality, handle customer complaints, and improve work processes.
  • Track site-specific programs and maintain training records.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in QC, safety, or operations supervision; high-rise experience a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of CMMS and OSHA certification preferred.
  • Ability to obtain a government security clearance.
