*Role:*
Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) are the most vital clinical members who deliver 1:1 treatment for our clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). RBTs use ABA techniques to teach a variety of skills such as functional communication, social skills, coping strategies, and many more
*Schedule & Pay:*
$18.00-23.00 per hour
Monday-Friday Full-time: 30-40 hours per week Part-time: 20-29 hours per week

*Job Duties:*
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
Record data and complete session notes
Support with center needs delegated by the Center Director
Participate in ongoing training initiatives
Contribute to a collaborative and compassionate work environment
*Qualifications & Requirements:*
* Flexibility and adaptability
* Experience working with children- ABA experience a plus
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* RBT Certification active and in good standing, or willing to become RBT certified within 90 days of employment
* Experience working with children. Experience working with children with behavioral concerns of developmental disabilities (preferred)
* Current active Adult and Child CPR First Aid/Certification, or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employment.
* Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as dependability and reliability.
