JMHC, Inc. is looking for an experienced Safety Manager to join our team.Safety Manager – ConstructionAbout the Role:We are seeking a Safety Manager with proven experience in the construction industry to lead, implement, and support safety policies, field compliance, and risk-prevention initiatives across our projects.Responsibilities:Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policiesConduct site inspections, audits, and safety observationsDevelop and deliver safety training and toolbox talksInvestigate incidents, prepare documentation, and implement corrective actionsMaintain safety records, reporting, and tracking in ExcelPartner with field leadership, crews, and management to drive a safety cultureSupport regulatory requirements and workers’ compensation processesWhat We’re Looking For:Experience in the construction industryStrong knowledge of OSHA standards and safety complianceOSHA 30-hour certification (required) — focused on identifying and preventing workplace hazardsAbility to manage and analyze information in ExcelExcellent communication and leadership skillsBilingual (English/Spanish) – preferredCSP certification – not required, but a plusPreferred Certifications (Not Required):CHST (Construction Health and Safety Technician) – focused specifically on construction safety and a strong fit for Safety Manager or advancement rolesCSHO (Certified Safety and Health Official) – focused on safety regulations, compliance, and safety program management; a strong qualification for a Safety ManagerCSP (Certified Safety Professional) – advanced safety certification; strong qualification for safety leadershipJMHC offers a great work atmosphere and strong benefits, including:Paid Health & Life InsuranceOptional Dental & Vision Plans
