Program ManagerBlueForce, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager in support of the US Department of State (DoS) Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) Program. Primary location is Washington, DC, USA.General Duties and Responsibilities:Maintain, as a deliverable, a staffing level of 95% or higher at least 100% of the time. (including those employees currently being processed by DS)Respond to all communication from the INL CO within 8 business hours.Accurately report staffing levels in the weekly, monthly and annual reports.Shall be successful in obtaining required security clearances 95% of the attempts.Successfully on-board personnel including VARs, badging, & briefingSubmit deliverables on time 100% of the time.Handle quickly and effectively with contractor and subcontractor personnel issues.Hold and maintain all appropriate business licenses & comply with all respective country labor laws.Facilitate travel requests within one (01) dayShall have appropriate work visas for contractor and subcontractor employees.Qualifications:US CitizenshipActive Secret Security ClearanceBachelors' Degree from an accredited institution in a business administration or management fieldDemonstrated ten (10) years of project/program management experienceDemonstrated ten (10) years of experience in managing Government contracts with professional and administrative support servicesCurrently hold and maintain a Project Management Certification (PMP)Strong organization and interpersonal skills, with excellent oral and written communication skills
