We help revolutionize banking for our clients so they can grow and prosper by identifying scalable efficiencies, positioning global technology, and transitioning from paper to digital.Job Responsibilities:Focus on growing new and existing relationships by identifying and cross selling our global treasury solutionsLead, coach, and develop Treasury Sales Analysts in day to day support of client deliverablesServe as a digital ambassador driving mobile, digital, and real time payments adoptionManage and lead strategic dialogues around key client centric issues by leveraging industry best practices, peer benchmarking, and industry data analyticsMaintain a strong client focus, treasury industry expertise, client subsector expertise, and a broad understanding of bankingJob Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience6+ years of experience in treasury salesIntellectually curious and motivated to continuously improve processesSales and client relationship experienceExcellent verbal/written communication and presentation skillsProven negotiation and active listening skillsExcellent critical/strategic thinking and problem resolution skillsSuccessfully demonstrates creative thinking while adhering to guidelinesStrong business/financial acumenDemonstrates the ability to foster strong partnerships within the core team and the ability to build sincere rapport with client contactsEffectively manages competing priorities in an organized fashion while maintaining a consistent level of client satisfactionSuccessfully maneuvers throughout the enterpriseProactively engages all internal partners for sales opportunitiesEffectively manages risk while balancing the needs of the client, the team, and the bankAble to effectively work as an individual contributor as well as a close team member in a fast paced environmentInternational Cash Management and/or Trade & Supply Chain Finance experience preferredIntrinsically motivated to continuously improve processes and/or one's own educationCertified Treasury Professional certification or equivalent preferredSkills:Account ManagementBusiness DevelopmentClient ManagementClient Solutions AdvisoryCustomer and Client FocusCritical ThinkingPortfolio AnalysisPresentation SkillsRelationship BuildingSales StrategyCoachingCollaborationOral CommunicationsPrioritizationProspectingShift: 1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week: 40Pay and benefits information Pay range $127,500.00 - $230,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set. Discretionary incentive eligible This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
