Responsibilities:


  • Develop and enhance pipelines that streamline the process from code validation to deployment, ensuring changes enter production efficiently.
  • Create and maintain production environment monitoring systems that improve incident management and operational visibility.
  • Build tools and infrastructure to reduce operational overhead and increase the reliability of production management processes.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to establish and refine feedback loops across all aspects of production management.
  • Collaborate with engineers across our global offices to ensure consistency and alignment of our production environments.
  • Mentor junior team members, nurturing the next generation of engineers and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.


Requirements & Qualifications:


  • Multiple years of programming experience, with a preference for Python or C++
  • A broad understanding of technology, including networks, cloud infrastructure, operating systems, databases, web servers, and SaaS applications.
  • Proficient in CI/CD tools that facilitate production change pipelines.
  • Experience with Ansible, Django, AWS VPC, and Terraform is a plus.
  • Previous experience in production management is preferred, though not required.
  • A critical thinker with a strong focus on continuous improvement, able to tackle complex operational challenges with a fresh perspective.
