Marine Analyst

TechClub Inc is looking for a “Marine Analyst” for our US client. It is onsite in Phoenix, AZ.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the shipping domain, international trade, booking, billing, and tariff maintenance. This role involves leading complex projects, analyzing business processes, and providing strategic insights to drive efficiency and growth.

Job Description:

• Oversee and guide the business analysis activities for projects related to shipping, international trade, booking, billing, and tariff maintenance.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Create detailed business requirement documents, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Ensure all business processes comply with relevant international trade regulations and shipping industry standards.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP or equivalent).
2. Experience with ERP systems and shipping software.
3. Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
