Whether you are seasoned in the field or looking to advance your career, we offer growth opportunities, comprehensive training, and support to achieve your professional goals.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, maintain, and repair boiler systemsConduct routine inspections to ensure efficient operationTroubleshoot and diagnose boiler malfunctionsPerform regular maintenance tasks such as cleaning and lubricating partsMonitor and control gauges, meters, and other instruments related to boiler operationsEnsure compliance with safety regulations and standardsAdjust controls and setting to optimize boiler performanceDocument all maintenance and repair activitiesProvide emergency repair services when necessaryCollaborate with other technicians and engineers to resolve complex issuesMaintain an inventory of spare parts and toolsTrain junior techniciansAssist in energy audits and recommend improvements for efficiencySkills, Knowledge and ExpertiseExperience with various types of boiler systemsCertification in boiler maintenance and repairStrong understanding of mechanical and electrical systemsExcellent troubleshooting skillsAbility to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprintsStrong attention to detail and safety standardsProficient in using diagnostic and repair toolsGood communication skillsAbility to work in high-pressure environmentsMinimum of 2 years' experience in boiler maintenance and repairWillingness to work flexible hoursBenefitsPotential to make $50k-$150K, plusHealth, Dental, VisionEligible for HSA Account401KVacation, Holiday, Sick PayCompany Stock OptionsCompany Vehicle, gas card
