Central Business Office Support CoordinatorThe Central Business Office Support Coordinator provides local support for the Central Business Office (CBO) in Camp Hill, PA. The CBO Support Coordinator will focus on providing support in a variety of areas within the CBO. This role will greet visitors, handle incoming and outgoing mail, provide support to CBO leadership team by scheduling and facilitating meetings, event planning, assisting with onboarding new employees and general administrative support. The ideal candidate is a motivated and adaptable individual with excellent communication skills, a proactive approach and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.ResponsibilitiesGreets visitors, answers phone calls, responds to emails and directs inquiries to appropriate team members.Performs administrative functions, including reception, email announcements, correspondence, mail handling, supply maintenance and reporting.Assist in implementing leadership ideas to improve employee engagement and retention.Coordinate and compile any necessary notes during the new hire mixer, welcome meeting and other events/meeting for new hires.Ensure positive candidate experience and new hire experience through onboarding best practices that include calling new hires before their start date, communicating department policy processes, introducing new hires to the leadership team, and showing them where facilities are located such as the caf, restrooms and training rooms.Responsible for partnering with HR and the hiring manager to prepare for candidates first day and their orientation.Track CBO openings, maintain floor plan and employee photo directory.Partner with leadership and department trainers to assist with preparing training and education materials.Promotes an environment that connects with the mission and values of the organizationOrganize and execute employee events.Ensures office space is organized, clean and well maintained.Other duties as assignedQualificationsRequiredHigh School Diploma or equivalentPreferredExcellent communication skillsAbility to prioritize and complete projects within deadlineFamiliarity with social media, including LinkedIn and FacebookOutstanding customer service skillsAbility to generate results through influence in a matrix environment with multiple and diverse stakeholdersUnderstanding of selection methods and techniquesWillingness to understand the duties and competencies of different rolesSense of urgency and strong prioritization skillsAbility to work in a fast paced environmentAbility to learn how to use an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and job boardsMust present professionally and positivelyHR or Recruiting experience preferredWorking knowledge of the CBO positions and departmentsWork or internship experienceAdditional DataSelect Medical strives to provide our employees with a solid work-life balance, as we understand that happy employees have both fulfilling careers and fulfilling lives beyond our doors.An extensive and thorough paid orientation program.Paid Time Off (PTO) and Extended Illness Days (EID).Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance; Life insurance; Prescription coverage.A 401(k) retirement plan with company match.No Required WeekendsWorking Conditions:Office EnvironmentSingle day and overnight travel required as neededEqual Opportunity Employer/including Disabled/Veterans
