About SKNV

 

SKNV formerly known as Prescriber’s Choice and Sincerus Pharmaceuticals. Its sales consultants help to re-imagine the way prescription drugs are dispensed. Its mission is to assist dermatologists to retake control of their prescribing choices. In a world where one size does not fit all, SKNV supports physicians with options to meet their patients’ individual needs. There are three factors that differentiate the services that SKNV offers:

Customization:

 

Through its affiliated FDA Registered 503B Outsourcing Facility, SKNV provides physicians a means to tailor the medicines they use to treat patients’ individual needs. They can eliminate inactive ingredients that are known allergens or irritants, they can alter potencies to their specifications, they can select a vehicle that they desire, and they can combine multiple active ingredients. Customization is not new. It is an option that was lost in the age of mass-produced medicines.

 

Access:

 

We enable doctors to provide these customized medications in-office at the time of the patient’s visit. This service is enhanced by allowing physicians to private label their customized Rx formulation. In addition, if physicians prefer, the FDA Registered 503B Outsourcing Facility can do direct fulfillment.

 

Affordability:

 

These customized medications are offered exclusively as self-pay at prices that are almost always less than their copayment for dermatology drugs. This liberates the physician from prior authorizations and medication substitutions and assures medication compliance and adherence.

Job Description


Sales Consultants are fully responsible for managing their assigned geography. The goal is to educate providers about the many unique private-label Rx solutions the company offers and facilitate their successful pull-through. Our medications were designed in collaboration with leading dermatologists to treat disease from multiple customized angles. Helping doctors optimize the medication customization is one of the great challenges and opportunities of the job. Once on-boarded, customers are to be supported (with the help of our robust IT platform) to fully capitalize on our platform and constantly expand their medication offering. The work is dynamic and flexible, as the company is growing very rapidly and is not encumbered by Insurance-based regulations (the model is 100% cash-pay to ensure affordability and guaranteed access every time.) With that said, the consultant will be part of a robust pharmaceutical team and be responsible for training, reports, and meetings accordingly.

 

SKNV is a fundamentally RADICAL concept. It is a ground-up re-imagination of the provision of prescription drugs in this country. This job is for sales professionals wanting to make a serious difference in American healthcare. The existing Rx system has devolved into complete failure. Medication is unaffordable and frequently inappropriate for patients. The goal of SKNV is to pioneer an entirely new category of pharmaceutical company alongside branded and generic players, complementing their offering while competing with superior value on every major front. Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Achieve monthly prescription sales performance objectives through customer sales presentations and deep medication knowledge
  • Provide territory coverage through consistent targeting and follow up of identified prescribers
  • Build and adhere to a sales plan to maximize performance
  • Maintain consistent communication with colleagues to improve the territory and meet corporate goals
  • Achieve high standards of professionalism and performance


Requirement/Qualifications 


  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • 2-5+ years successful buy and build/tangible sales within dermatology specialty
  • Demonstrated selling skills, organization, focus and determination
  • Demonstrated strong leadership
  • Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record

 

Compensation

Compensation is an aggressive hybrid of base salary, benefits, car allowance, and industry-leading commission rates. Target compensation is $220,000, with monetary and stock upside for strong performers. This will be a once in a lifetime career opportunity for the right candidates.
