This role requires a proven track record of sales and business development expertise, a deep understanding of RWD, RWE generation, applications and platforms, and other RWD/E tools and services, along with the ability to drive adoption of Panalgo's RWE platform, IHD, among our clients. You'll act as a trusted advisor to senior-level stakeholders, understanding their complex needs, and helping them to leverage our RWD/E solutions to enhance their business goals.ResponsibilitiesDrive sales and renewal of Panalgo's RWE platform (IHD) and servicesBusiness development: identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within target accountsRelationship management: build and maintain long-term relationships with senior-level executivesMarket intelligence: stay current with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developmentsCollaboration: work closely with cross-functional teamsStrategy: develop and own the strategy for IHD to be sold into, maintained, and/or expanded within targeted new clients as well as existing accounts within your territoryCross team selling: collaborate with RWD sales teams within NorstellaQualificationsMinimum 10 years of experience in strategic sales, business development, or account managementIn-depth understanding of real-world data applications, data analytics, and data-driven insights within the life sciences industryDemonstrated success in a quota-carrying sales roleAbility to understand complex client needs, develop tailored solutions, and strategically position Norstella's offeringsExceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsBachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plusTravel: 25-50%Location: US RemoteOur guiding principles for success at Norstella:Bold, Passionate, and Mission-FirstIntegrity, Truth, and RealityKindness, Empathy, and GraceResilience, Mettle, and PerseveranceHumility, Gratitude, and LearningBenefits:Medical and Prescription Drug BenefitsHealth Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)Dental & Vision BenefitsBasic Life and AD&D Benefits401k Retirement Plan with Company MatchCompany Paid Short & Long-Term DisabilityPaid Parental LeavePaid Time Off & Company HolidaysThe expected base salary for this position ranges from $165,000 to $185,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.Norstella is an equal opportunity employer.
