Were seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal with at least 7+ years of corporate transactional experience in a law firm setting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoys supporting attorneys across all stages of corporate transactions from entity formation to closing.This boutique law firm handles complex domestic and cross-border corporate transactions, offering the opportunity to work closely with attorneys on sophisticated deals across multiple jurisdictions.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with entity formation, corporate maintenance, and due diligence.Manage name and director/officer changes and foreign qualifications.Support attorneys with acquisition transactions and internal restructurings.Prepare and maintain corporate records and documentation.Use the Clio document management system (experience preferred).What Were Looking ForBilingual in English and Spanish.7+ years of experience in corporate transactional law within a law firm.Excellent organization and communication skills.Clio experience is a plus.Whats on OfferCompetitive salary, commensurate with experience.Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, life, and 401(k).Reasonable billable requirement: 1,450 hours per year.A collaborative team that values quality, growth, and work-life balance.If youre a seasoned paralegal looking to join a respected boutique law firm with an outstanding reputation and supportive culture, wed love to hear from you.
