Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Full Stack Engineer to join our team at Mindworks. In this role, you will be integral to the development and enhancement of our cutting-edge cloud-based ERP solutions. You will work closely with our product management and design teams to implement and deliver innovative features that meet the needs of mid-market companies in the manufacturing and construction industries. As a Full Stack Engineer, you will leverage your expertise in both front-end and back-end development to build scalable, high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain robust backend systems using NodeJS, TypeScript, GraphQL, and Express.
  • Work closely with our team members and collaborate on cutting-edge AI solutions, utilizing LangChain and the latest AI models to drive innovation within the Mindworks platform.
  • Build scalable AI-driven applications using AWS services, particularly Lambda and ECS Fargate.
  • Engage in the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.


Requirements:

  • 8+ years of senior-level engineering experience, preferably in enterprise or B2B SaaS applications/platforms.
  • Experience with ERP solutions and/or accounting systems.
  • Expertise in backend development, with some frontend experience as a plus.
  • Experience working with AI frameworks and models, ideally with LangChain or similar technologies.
  • Strong proficiency with AWS services.
  • Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Aurora, PlanetScale).
  • Strong analytical skills and adaptability to a dynamic startup environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Knowledge of enterprise cloud applications like Salesforce, Sage, Oracle, SAP, MS Dynamics, Xero, Workday, and other low-code environments a plus.
