Senior Product Manager, Google Store, GrowthAt Google, we put our users first. You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development. Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.Google Store brings Google's helpful hardware to consumers. As the brand-owned e-commerce and retail experience, we are tasked with the responsibility of educating consumers on our products, facilitating a fantastic purchase experience, and driving loyalty to the Pixel ecosystem of products. The Growth team is a key part of Google Store's strategy, focused on driving the overall health and expansion of our business.As the Senior Product Manager for Growth on the Google Store, you will be responsible for defining and executing the strategy that drives our core sales and expansion.Google Store focuses on building relationships with customers and providing the best experiences with our devices and services. Google Store offers first-party retail experiences with our products, both online and at our physical retail stores in New York City, Mountain View and Boston.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Learn more about benefits at Google.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).Experience in ecommerce, hardware, or subscriptions growth roles.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with device protection, carrier, or trade-in programs (e.g., working with carriers, retailers, and third-party promoters).Experience building complex pricing and promotion capabilities in an ecommerce environment.Experience scaling businesses to multiple countries (international expansion).Ability to own specific business and conversion goals.Excellent collaboration skills with teams including engineering, UX, operations, sales and marketing.Responsibilities:Lead the product goal, roadmap, and global strategy for key carrier partnerships (e.g., Verizon, AT&T) and device activation programs, including international expansion.Own and optimize our promotional and sales-driving levers, working cross-functionally to define and launch strategies to improve conversion and customer experience.Manage the expansion of our trade-in program, continuously improving the user experience and business outcomes.Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration, for these high-impact growth initiatives.Use a data-driven, experiment-first mindset to measure results and hold teams accountable to critical business outcomes, such as Pixel sales and subscriber growth.
