    • Two Provider Group looking to expand to three providers
    • Clinic onsite with Hospital
    • Teaching opportunities for Medical Students and Family Medicine Residents
    • Collaborative and Supportive Practice Environment
    • Call Rotation 1:3
    • 16 to 24 births per month
    • 3-5 C-sections per month
    • No high-risk deliveries
    • TLAC only if 60% or greater
    • In clinic monitoring for active labor patients
    • EMR: eClinicalworks (clinic), Meditech (hospital)
    • H1 and J1 visa sponsorship available
  • Organization Information:
    • FQHC
    • $380,000 Salary
    • Up to $20,000 annually with Quality Incentive
    • wRVU incentive
    • $100,000 Sign on (lump sum on first paycheck; set up as a forgiveable loan)
