Known for its sunny weather, affordable living, and thriving tech community, Phoenix offers an exceptional quality of life and exciting career opportunities.Position OverviewKey Responsibilities:Create, develop, and launch Java applications integrated with Generative AI technologiesUtilize GitHub Copilot to accelerate coding efficiency and enhance code standards, while mentoring colleagues on best practicesWork closely with AI specialists and data scientists to embed AI models and algorithms into software productsDesign and build scalable microservices and RESTful APIs that meet business needsMaintain application performance, security, and reliability throughout their lifecyclePerform code evaluations, offering constructive critiques and support to junior team membersKeep up-to-date with the latest AI and software development trends to foster innovationPartner with cross-disciplinary teams to establish project goals, scope, and deliverablesRequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related disciplineProven experience with AI Code Generators, AWS Sagemaker, Spring AI, Harness, Postgres, MongoDB, and GitHub CopilotAt least 8 to 10 years of solid Java development experience with a portfolio of successful projectsIn-depth knowledge of Generative AI frameworks and applicationsSkilled in leveraging GitHub Copilot and other AI-driven development tools to optimize codingStrong command of the Spring Framework, Hibernate, and other Java technologiesExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and their AI offeringsProficient in database design, management, and SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)Excellent problem-solving abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and dedication to qualityEffective communication, leadership, and mentoring skillsBenefits ** Hybrid Onsite With Flex Hours.
