Foreign Military Sales Analyst

Foreign Military Sales AnalystResearch, develop, analyze, assess, plan, and support the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) in expanding U.S. security cooperation objectives. Review all Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases within respective country portfolios for accuracy, appropriateness of sale, level of disclosure, and long-term supportability. Coordinate with the DoD, Joint Staff, Geographic Combatant Commands, service components and organizations, and the interagency, as required, on all aspects of the FMS program within assigned portfolios of countries.Basic Qualifications:Experience with FMS case management supportExperience tracking FMS cases through the development and execution processKnowledge of the Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS), Management Information System - International Logistics (MISIL), Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP), and Information Warehouse (IW)Top Secret clearanceBachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in security cooperation and security assistance (SC/SA), or 10+ years of experience in SC/SA in lieu of a degreeAdditional Qualifications:Experience supporting a military department or service headquarters organizationKnowledge of defense acquisition systemsTS/SCI clearanceMaster's degreeDefense Institute for Security Cooperation Studies (DISCS), Defense Security Cooperation University (DSCU), or Defense Acquisition University (DAU) Training CertificationClearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.Compensation: At Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
