Nurse Practitioner

Korzen Health is working with Wythe County Community and Healogics in regards to adding a full time Certified Nurse Practitioner to the team.

Healogics has been treating patients with chronic wounds for over 25 years from over 600 hospitalbased wound care centers across the country. Today Healogics treats over 300000 wound care patients a year and has healed nearly 4M wounds. Healogics is the expert in wound healing.

Scope of Practice Includes:

This opportunity includes working in our wound care clinic. This is a 100% Wound Care Center position.

Our Wound Care Center includes:

Full Team Case Manager Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Nurses Office Manager Front end and back end support. Great Work Flow

Provider will do Wound Care and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.

Provider will average around 1015 encounters per day with a majority of wound care and less than 5% Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.

We offer advanced woundcare treatments to promote healing including:

• Cellulitis therapy
• Compression therapy
• Hyperbaric oxygen therapy
• Infection management and prevention
• Wound cleaning
• Wound dressing

EMR is EPIC/IHEAL

MondayFriday(5 days per week) 8am4pm

No Nights No Call No weekends.

Compensation Model is base salary with bonus based on profit sharing plan

You will work with Adult and Geriatric patients.

Wound Care Nurse Practitioner Experience Requirements:

• VA State license
• Must be Certified Nurse Practitioner
• Must have 1 year of NP experience
• Must have procedure background
• DEA License
