This highly visible role will work closely with Armanino's leadership team to execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, deepen client relationships, and continue building upon our strong foundation.Job ResponsibilitiesLead and expand our real estate valuation services practice, building on an established platformDraft and execute a business plan with internal and external referrals and audit support revenueManage, review, and deliver real estate valuation projects for financial reporting, tax and regulatory compliance, and management planning purposesPerform audit reviews of third-party appraisals for audit support purposes.Build and review models, create national templates, and enhance valuation methodologiesTrain and mentor staff and managersNetwork internally and externally to strengthen brand presence and grow the practiceHave ownership of, and manage, key initiatives and metricsMaintain and develop key client relationshipsContribute to a team environment and a positive cultureLearn all our CFO Advisory and consulting services to cross-sell and expand opportunitiesMaintain the highest ethical and quality standards and lead by exampleRequirementsBachelor's degree required, preferably in business, accounting, finance, or real estateMinimum of 10 years of real estate valuation experience within a national valuation firm, Top 20 public accounting firm, or national real estate appraisal firmOne of the following professional designations is required: CPA, ASA, or MAIA state appraiser license is also requiredFlexibility to work from home while collaborating in person half the time.Preferred QualificationsExperience reviewing appraisals in an audit review capacity.Demonstrated success in building and scaling a real estate valuation team and practice.
