Supervising Physician/ MOHS Surgeon

Position Overview We are seeking a board-certified Dermatologist/MOHS Surgeon to oversee our team of nurse practitioners and physician assistants. The supervising physician will provide clinical guidance, ensure quality standards of care, and collaborate with our providers to deliver exceptional dermatology services. This is a unique opportunity to join a forward-thinking practice with a patient first approach. Responsibilities Provide clinical oversight and supervision for nurse practitioners and physician assistants. Review and co-sign patient charts in accordance with state and regulatory guidelines. Ensure compliance with best practices, protocols, and quality standards. Offer mentorship and support to clinical staff. Collaborate with leadership to maintain a culture of excellence and patient-centered care. Qualifications Board-certified Dermatologist (MD or DO). Active and unrestricted state medical license. Strong communication and leadership skills. Commitment to high-quality, accessible dermatologic care. Prior supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
