With unparalleled Four Seasons service and warm Southern hospitality, we'll inspire a truly authentic experience of Music City.The Opportunity: We are seeking a Bell Attendant, an exciting opportunity to be part of the new Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Nashville We are looking for an individual who can provide support to our guest services team in the overall guest experience from arrival to departure. Congenial, quickly adaptable, and comfortable working both individually and with a team will make an ideal candidate.Responsibilities Include: (but are not limited to):Assist guests with their arrival and departure experiencePrepare necessary deliveries to and pick-ups from guest roomsDelivers luggage to room upon check-in and picks up luggage from room upon departure, moving the luggage to storage or the Front Drive.Transport hotel packages, faxes, envelopes, and parcelsEnsure each guest is greeted promptly, courteously, graciously with eye contact, and a smileRetain exceptional knowledge of hotel services and amenities offeredMaintains proper records of deliveries and pickups.Preferred Qualifications and Skills:Prior experience working in Guest Services, preferably in a luxury hotel/resortThe ability to lift up to 100 lbs and push a cart up to 200 lbs.A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.About Four Seasons Hotel & Private Residences Nashville: A soaring new landmark on the Nashville skyline, Four Seasons pays homage to the city's creative spirit. 40 stories high, with 235 keys (42 suites) and 143 residence units, the property is located in the upmarket neighborhood of SoBro where floor to ceiling windows provide unobstructed downtown panoramic views.
