Discover all the possibilities of a career at Northside today.QualificationsRequired:Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing or health care related field.Demonstrated effective team leadership skills.Minimum of 3 years combined experience in health care field in the following functions: Quality Improvement or TJC coordination, either in hospital or ambulatory settings.Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis and report writing.Provides clear, concise written and verbal communication skills, organizational ability, objective judgement, self-direction and motivation.Ability to function effectively with a wide variety of disciplines, including physicians and nurses.Make presentations on topics related to quality and regulatory issues.Able to participate as part of a team to accomplish an assigned project.Preferred:Master of Science degreeSupervisory experienceTraining as team leader and facilitatorCertification in Health Care Quality.Work Hours:8-4:30Weekend Requirements:NoOn-Call Requirements:No
